All orders are typically shipped within 3-6 business days.

Our shipping fees include tracking as well as $100 CAD insurance coverage.

We are committed to using sustainable packaging wherever possible. Most of our packaging is recyclable; we use biodegradable, water-soluble packing peanuts. Any plastic packaging that we use, like bubble wrap, is reused from our suppliers.

Orders can be picked up at one of our three locations in Toronto:

Please message us if you would like to pick up your order. Once you have purchased your items, they will be ready for you to pick up within 4 business days. We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up.

• $15 Flat Rate for all orders
